The tasting hall is situated next to the firm at Monticello, it is painted by Paola Oberto, architect and painter. Paola’s favorite subjects are the "gonfaloni" (shields) symbols of the 94 towns of Langa and Roero (the tasting hall ceiling is entirely covered by the gonfaloni).
